Gearbox For Zongshen Z155 Pit Bike Engine

PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS THE LATER STYLE 2020 ONWARDS GEARBOX TO SUIT THE NEEDLE ROLLER BEARING TYPE CASING. NOT SUITABLE FOR THE STANDARD BEARING (EARLIER GEARBOX WAS SPLINED END)

Here we have a new gear box for a Zongshen Z155 engines. It consists of the 2 shafts of gears as pictured.

 Input shaft is 155mm long with 14mm shaft &  12mm on the other end for the bearing, the gears are 13 teeth, 17 teeth, 17 teeth, 20 teeth.

Output shaft is 134mm long and has a 17mm output spline and 15mm on the right side for the bearing, the gears are 34 teeth, 29 teeth, 23teeth, 21 teeth.

Please check your gearbox dimensions before purchasing.
